I Need Some Opinions! (In My Gap Years)

I have a couple of options of what to do with my gap years (June 2014-July 2016 assuming I'm accepted) and I'm not sure what would look best to schools or what would prepare me better. Keep in mind I still have to study and take the new MCAT sometime in 2015 also since I am going to officially apply to med schools or my first time this upcoming 2015 summer.
