Summer Classes, When to submit

Ok, here's a question. I have to submit my app today to redeem fee assistance. What this does, however, is lock my app until academic update. I'll have my summer grades in at the beginning of August, but I won't be able to update those grades through AACOMAS until September when academic update starts.

My question is, should I submit all my primaries now, or just a couple now to get verified and then submit the rest in september after grades are in? Should I just skip academic update and send...

1) What semester do I input my AP Credits for?
2) For my school, we do Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer Semesters. Should I put the classes under Spring, Summer I, or Summer II semester? On AMCAS, they just had a "Summer" choice.

What order do admissions Committes lok at applications?

Question in title, what is the order that they look at it? We all hear its best to apply early, etc., but what is the actual timeline?

Ex:

Johnny submits his AACOMAS application the first day it becomes available for submission, a couple of days later he is completely verified. Come June 15th, when schools start looking at applications, is Johnny's application one of the first they look at? Or is the whole group of applications that have been verified prior to June 15th tossed into a moshpit...

I know I see a lot of other people with identical posts but different metrics so I figured I would give this a shot. I'm a Michigan State University Microbiology Grad with a 30 on my MCAT, a 3.63 cGPA, and a 3.6 sGPA. To be fair and honest my extra-curriculars are poor: ~100 hours as an ED Volunteer, I shadowed a surgeon for a day, summer employment since high school, worked an on-campus job a year, volunteered as a elementary school tutor for a semester, worked with a program called...

Retaking Organic Lab through UNE

Hi,

I earned a 3.5 in organic lecture but I did not do well in lab. I am currently registered to retake the organic lab at my university, but I am wondering if it would be ok to retake it online through UNE? as a result, I would be able to take anatomy/physiology 1.

Its not the classical hospital environment, but would volunteer work in receiving patients and filling paper work with regards to patient information at a ophthalmologist office count as clinical experience?

Five questions
I tutored students but I wasn't paid, does it still count?

Also for the name area, if you did research do you put the title of your research?

I also did a bunch of one day leadership conferences, is that ok?

What is a good number of ec's? I'm assuming the quality of the work counts but what are the averages like?

Is dean's list an honor, how did you specify it in your application

I was verified by AACOMAS today, before the reclassification I was at 3.00cgpa/3.01sgpa, after the reclassification my cgpa went to 2.63 and sgpa 3.10.

I already went through my non sci gpa and found a few errors, this only brings my cgpa up to 2.68
I still have to re-check my sci gpa to look for errors.

I realize there's no turning back now but I feel hopeless with a cpga of less than 3.0

Professional Transcript Entry PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Hi, I signed up for professional transcript service because I am a Canadian student and wanted my transcripts to be inputted properly without a problem. However, I did not know that I couldn't enter planned courses until after. Would I be able to enter them after, once they are done professionally editing them? Or should I just email all the schools with my planned courses? Please let me know, I am very panicked at the moment!

Hey guys!

I have a question regarding a DO LOR. Are they necessary to receive an interview? Or simply for matriculation? I recently started scribing in the ED and I do work alongside some DOs. However, I haven't had enough experience for them to write an objective recommendation regarding my clinical experience and aptitude for medical school. Should I wait to submit my primary applications to schools and submit them in Aug? (presumably once I've had enough experience to request a strong LOR),...

I am Korean, and my mcat is 29, cgpa3.65 sgpa3.8. Took a gap year to hang out with my grandpa who had stomache cancer but recovered and to live with my cousin who suffers from massive bi polar and social anxiety to teach him health habits and study habits.
I have an insane upward trend. Messed up pretty bad freshman year, even got an IA for plagiarizing my second quarter and failed english, and in addition to that quarter got kicked out of school for failing all my other classes.

I'll be applying to 12 DO schools next year and need help figuring out which parts of my application need work.

I have a 3.56sGPA, 3.52cGPA (4 retakes) and a 509 on the MCAT which I'm told is close to a 32? (I took the MCAT early as I finished Ochem, genchem, physics, psych, sociology and biochemistry my first 6 quarters)

Submit Application Early or Retake Classes?

Im planning on applying next year.
I have a cgpa 3.3 sgpa 3.4. I can retake some classes next summer and maybe bump that to a 3.5cgpa 3.6sgpa. However summer classes run from June to August. I wont have my transcript until August 12th. Would this be considered a late applicant?

Would it be better to submit my AACOMAS without the retakes?
